Understanding Your Needs

Upon receiving your initial enquiry, a member of our Heritage Team will contact you for an introductory discussion about the project. During this conversation, we will aim to understand the specific problem you’re looking to solve and what outcomes you’re hoping to achieve.

Once we have a clear understanding, we will arrange a site visit for a team member to assess the project in more detail—identifying which areas of the space require heating and the specific goals you want to achieve. 3D scans of the inside will then be made in order for the proposal to be drawn up.

The Proposal

The next step involves our team using the 3D scans to measure the interior space of the church, including the critical ceiling height. This data will help us calculate the number of heaters needed and identify the optimal locations for their installation.

Following this, we will present the Proposal Document along with a 3D mock-up of the space. The mock-up will include accurate visual representations of the Halo heaters to highlight the heating zones, and see where the heaters will be most effective. You will also be able to virtually navigate the space to review the exact placement of the heaters in order to make sure you are satisfied with their positioning, their coverage and that the heater(s) are not obstructing any view or thing of importance.

Halo Designs Chosen by You

Every part of the Halo can be custom-designed to complement your Church interior – from choosing the colour of the Halo, adding bespoke decorative designs and LED lighting, to customising the top-box and creating bespoke grill designs. Our Heritage team will work with you to understand your requirements and deliver a Halo design that meets your Church aesthetic perfectly.

Explore Some of the Options Available

The standard colour options available for the Heritage range are Black, Gold, and Bronze, however we can also provide 100+ custom colour options and finishes upon request. Contact us for more information.

The option to add LED lighting gives the Halo heaters a dual-purpose, allowing them to light the space efficiently as well as providing comfortable warmth.

Make your Halo heaters truly unique by adding bespoke decorative panels. Our design team can work with your chosen design and accurately engrave symbols/designs into the panels surrounding the Halo heaters and top-box. Whether this is a Church crest or motif or a decorative pattern that can be found within the Church, our team can design your Halo to fit perfectly within its surroundings. We also offer a selection of pre-drawn designs for you to choose from.

Choose from our standard designs available for the Grill, or alternatively we can provide tailor-designed options to make your Halo truly bespoke.

See the bespoke grill we designed for the Halo heaters used in St Paul’s Cathedral, Melbourne, as an example of what can be achieved. This grill was designed to mirror one of the Heraldic symbols found in St Paul’s crest.

Case Study: Halo Heating St Michael’s Church

With the Church of England’s objective in mind, to meet the net-zero emissions target by 2030, St Michael’s needed a new church heating system as the existing boiler was coming to the end of its life. St Michael’s started to look at plans for air source heat pumps however, they sought alternatives as a result of the costs involved. We spoke with Andrew on how the Church and its congregation have found its new Halo heating system. Andrew’s full video testimonial on Halo heating St Michael’s is below.
