Herschel Manhattan infrared heaters have been wall-mounted above the outdoor dining tables, providing powerful and cosy warmth for diners from the pleasing, low-glare overhead solution. The 3kW Manhattan heaters are controlled using the remote controls, with two variable power levels, enabling flexible control dependent on outdoor temperatures and warmth required. The proprietors of La Poule au Pot have also purchased Manhattan heaters for a subsequent restaurant to improve the alfresco experience for clientele in colder periods.
