Upon receiving your initial enquiry, a member of our Commercial Team will contact you to understand the specific area you are looking to heat and the results you’re seeking, ensuring they have all the information they require to answer your enquiry.
The Proposal
Once we have a clear understanding, we will arrange a site visit or desktop analysis (project dependent) for a team member to assess the project in more detail—identifying which areas of the space require heating and the specific goals you want to achieve.
The Proposal Document will then be drawn up and presented, enabling you to understand exactly which heaters have been specified for the space.

Confirmation of Design Specification, and Install
Once you’re satisfied with the Proposal Document, we’ll finalise the heater specifications and any additional requirements.
Our Logistics team will then make sure your order is shipped directly to site following your instructions. Part of our service is to be on hand to recommend qualified installers, and we continue to provide support with any queries to ensure a smooth and straight-forward installation.
