Your rights to return goods are protected under The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
In all circumstances, please cancel your order by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you.
Cancellation before delivery
For standard stock items (excluding special order goods) you are entitled to cancel your order and obtain a full refund including any delivery charges at any time before delivery. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. For non-standard stock items, special order or bespoke items such as picture panels, your right to cancel or return unwanted items for a refund does not apply once production of these items has commenced.
Refunds after delivery
For items already delivered, you are entitled to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery and obtain a full refund of the items sold within 14 days of returning them.
In cases where you do not want products that are in good working order (i.e. due to a mistake in ordering, product turns out not to be suitable for purpose intended) all such goods returned must be un-used, in saleable condition, complete with all original packaging and fixings. The cost of returning goods that are not faulty are the responsibility of the purchaser. If goods do not reach us in a saleable condition we reserve the right to reduce the refund according to the reduction in value of the goods. This includes instances where the heaters have been installed or altered in any way.
This returns policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault – for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed, where we will assume the costs of returning the goods.
All our products are guaranteed to be free from manufacturing defect as notified per-product for the term indicated. Should a product prove to have been damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately and no later than 24 hours after receipt of the item to indicate the nature and extent of the damage and we will work with you to rectify the problem (which may or may not include full replacement of the affected item).
