Heater itself is very good so ultimately happy. However, the instruction manual is pointless. 4 tiny and out of focus drawings and 1 line to explain how to fit the heater which literally only says, ‘attach the brackets supplied with the heater first’. Given there are some you don’t need to use for a freestanding heater that’s not helpful. It’s not difficult to do but we shouldn’t expect everyone to be able to just figure it out for themselves. Then it almost suggests you might want to use an extension cable. The reality is, the wires are only just long enough for the stand so you have no choice but to use an extension cable if it’s a freestanding one. I’d also suggest they don’t use ParcelForce. Every box had holes punched through it so it’s amazing nothing was damaged. All in all a good heater, just poor experience setting it up.

My parents recommended Herschel Infrared after their own very postive exeperience. I have a white Select XLS panel in my study which has been excellent while working from home, it means I don't have to heat the rest of the house during the day, it's a really comfortable heat too. I also have a Miami heater on a stand to heat my decked area outside under a pergola. This has been brilliant, it means we can still socialise out in the garden late into the evening while keeping nice and warm. Excellent communication and customer service from the friendly staff, highly recommend.
