Halo Mini for Homes with High Ceilings
Iain contacted us for a heating recommendation for his 15th Century barn renovation project. With a double storey, open plan space, the living area has previously always been difficult to heat and keep warm. Traditional convection heaters warm the air, which naturally rises causing heat to accumulate near the ceiling where it is not needed. Infrared heating, by contrast, warms people and surfaces directly, making it a far more effective and comfortable heating system for rooms with high ceilings – delivering heat where it is actually needed.
Available in three sizes, the UK-manufactured Halo Mini was the obvious choice for Iain’s high-ceilinged living area. Combining powerful radiant heat with an elegant chandelier-style design, Halo Mini can be suspended from tall ceilings and customised with integrated LED lighting. In addition to LED lighting, Iain also chose a striking, laser-cut tulip design to enhance its decorative features.
