The panel looks good, it’s subtle when fitted to the ceiling, being white against the white ceiling, so you don’t know it’s there, however on the very few mornings or evenings where it’s been a bit chilly, then it does give a nice comfortable warmth. I sometimes forget we have it, and then I walk into the bathroom in the morning, and it feels nice and cosy. The thermostat was nice and easy to set up and use. Since March, when I received it and we had it fitted by my electrician, we have had phenomenally warm weather and there have been only a few mornings or evenings when it has been cold enough for it to turn on, but with what I have experienced, I am more than happy to recommend and buy another. It feels strange to say this, but I am looking forward to colder days when we will notice the warmth in the bathroom more! I hate a cold bathroom!

I am very pleased with my new Herschel infrared heaters. I was looking to replace my obsolete storage heaters, and infrared heaters were recommended to me by friends. I found the Herschel UK website very clear and helpful, and I was given great advice when I phoned to check a few details. Delivery was very quick and everything arrived well packaged. My electricians found the panels and controllers easy to install. I am particularly pleased with the controllability of this type of heating and the pleasant feeling of the heat, which is like the heat from the sun. Also the panels are very thin and minimal in appearance.
