“Absolutely love the warmth created”

I bought my first set of infrared radiators (XLS range) in the beginning of February and another set a month later. I absolutely love the warmth created by the panels – it does really feel like bathing in sun rays. The panels warm the space up quickly and definitely consume less energy when compared to the traditional radiators! And they look good due to their sleek design! I initially bought a towel heater for my bathroom, an under desk portable one and another, smaller heater for my lobby. Later on I purchased another 3 panels – 2 for my living room and one for my bedroom (which were mounted onto the ceiling). Unfortunately, I had to return the under desk heater as it was faulty, but turns out that I never needed one in the first place as my ceiling panels keep me comfortably warm ( I work from home ). I should also praise the sales team (specifically Jane, who patiently explained and advised on the suitable purchase) and the customer services (who swiftly dealt with the return and refund re under desk radiator). Very happy!
