Herschel have been an excellent company to deal with with and from my experience would highly recommend them. From providing advice and information on the best solution for my outdoor heating requirements to the incredible Kelly in customer services who has been quick and efficient to deal with. Kelly really went out of her way to ensure I received the right product and that my order was delivered on time. The product I chose (Colorado with stand) is elegant and effective and a great addition to my outdoor seating area. The product is not inexpensive but the quality and aesthetic look justifies the price. Thank you Herschel – a great experience all round.
