I’m impressed. Looking at their products, Herschel seem to care about design and quality. I first noticed their heaters being used at one of my favourite pub/brasseries to eat and drink – The Kings Head, Teddington. I thought if they’re using Herschel heaters, I’ll give them a go. I’m glad I did. I ordered their beautiful looking Gold “California” infra-red heater and it was delivered next day all perfectly packaged up. A simple remote control has transformed our patio area into an atmospheric and warm outdoor space. Over the last couple of days, I’ve seen that their attention to design and quality is matched by their Sales (I received clear, quick and friendly advice from Kieran Waters) and prompt and friendly Customer Support (Kelly Gummett let me know it would arrive between 11:30 and 12:30, next day delivery, and it arrived on the dot at 11:30!). I always think it’s a good sign if staff are happy (just like at The Kings Head). Herschel seem to be one of those businesses that want to and do, get things just right for you.
