We had read and heard about Herschel back in ’23/24 when we were looking for a green answer to heating and indeed to the house generally – we have solar panels, I drive an electric car and as already mentioned have 4 Tesla storage batteries. Our electricians had not seen infrared heating before but installed and fitted without issue. David from the Herschel team helped us get the most efficiency out of our heaters by assisting with the App and thermostat set-up, thank you for his excellent help and support. We now feel vindicated in our choice of infrared and are completely converted.
